Meet Carla Sapone

Carla admits her testimony is much like many others, but it does have one interesting difference. She accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior…through her ex-husband’s mother. "I had a difficult divorce, but learned that God had so much to offer me," says Carla. "I was so grateful that God never left my side. The miracles that He has performed in my life personally are incredible."

Until Carla attended The Pointe, she admits that she never really let Jesus be the Lord of her life. It was something she never understood completely. She really didn’t even ever look forward to attending church.

Carla came to The Pointe. From the moment she walked into The Rave, she knew God had put her there. "My three-point challenge has extended to about a fifteen-point challenge," says Carla. "I’ve been coming now for about three months and absolutely love it!"

All that Carla wants to do now is to continue to seek God. "I've never wanted to get involved in church and now I am helping in the room my daughter enjoys attending each Sunday morning, admits Carla. "The change you feel inside and the way you see things and approach things is so very different. It's just glorious. The transformation has been tremendous!"

Carla has some difficult decisions to make soon, but admits she is relying on God and asking for his guidance every step of the way. "He has never left me and He never will," says Carla. "I speak to him everyday on a continual basis and I will till the day He takes me home. The trials and tribulations we endure as Christians just make us stronger and bring us closer to God. I am so thankful for that!"
